Job Description

Use Your Power for Purpose

Were looking for a People Experience (PX) Manager to partner directly with our Finance and Global Business Services (GBS) organizations. This is a hands-on high-impact role supporting global leaders in shaping workforce strategies driving transformation and strengthening colleague engagement. Youll act as a trusted partner navigating both strategic priorities and everyday people needs across two critical enterprise functions.

What You Will Achieve

In this role you will:

  • Partner with Finance and GBS leaders to deliver practical business-focused PX solutions.

  • Support key priorities: cost optimization digital transformation and organizational change.

  • Build leadership and manager effectiveness through coaching and targeted development.

  • Lead engagement and cultural initiatives to support a high-performing connected workforce.

  • Drive talent planning succession management and career development discussions.

  • Apply workforce analytics and data insights to inform strategies and decisions.

  • Use AI and digital tools to simplify processes and enhance employee experience.

  • Collaborate with PX Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute enterprise people programs.

  • Manage day-to-day organizational matters employee relations and workforce planning.

  • Serve as an employee experience advocate while balancing operational business needs.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a masters degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience

  • 5 years in HR PX or talent roles within large global organizations (pharmaceutical or related industries preferred).

  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

  • Comfortable using data AI and digital solutions to shape people strategies.

  • Track record of navigating change and driving organizational transformation.

  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels.

  • Talent planning manager coaching and employee engagement expertise.

  • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Masters degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience

  • Experience supporting Finance GBS or enabling functions

  • Experience managing global PX or CX programs with high visibility

  • Demonstrated ability in managing employee relations and union relations

  • Understanding and integration of both internal and external business drivers

  • Knowledge of financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business

  • HR working experience in a multi-national organization

  • Proven track record of promoting employee value proposition

  • Experience in Change Management

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Expectation to travel to NYHQ as needed and at least once per month. Role required 2.5 days per week on average aligned with our Log In For Your Day policy. International travel may be required as per business need.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96300.00 to $160500.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
