Job Description

Job Title: Creative Operations Manager

Position Location: Nashville TN

Department: Operations

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Role Overview:

Were seeking a Creative Operations Manager to lead and optimize our design and production workflows. This person will drive excellence across all creative outputs by overseeing a team of designers ensuring consistent brand quality and implementing efficient systems that scale with our growing company.

This role is equal parts creative leader and operational powerhouse - perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design deadlines and team performance. You should be energized by fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly and collaboration is key to getting work out the door.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead mentor and inspire our growing in-house and freelance design team
  • Manage workloads assignments and performance of creative team members
  • Facilitate collaboration between design and other teams especially project managers and fabrication leads
  • Determine team performance with KPIs and hire and fire as needed to ensure consistent timely and quality output

Creative Operations & Process

  • Build and refine creative processes that ensure projects are delivered consistently on time and on brand.
  • Implement tools and systems for request intake feedback loops and design approvals
  • Create scalable templates style guides and SOPs for design deliverables
  • Partner with project managers to align design timelines resource planning and production needs

Quality & Brand Standards

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to ensure all creative output meets Majestic Photobooths visual and experiential standards
  • Own the review and feedback cycle for all client-facing creative assets
  • Enforce deadlines without compromising creative excellence

Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal project and production managers to prioritize tasks allocate resources and troubleshoot bottlenecks
  • Translate business and client goals into actionable creative briefs
  • Identify opportunities for improving efficiency team morale and design innovation

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in design marketing or a related field preferred - or equivalent combination of education and hands-on creative operations experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative operations or creative project management with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex multi-faceted projects in creative industries.
  • Excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and love juggling multiple projects at once
  • Natural leader and organizer who can manage creatives with empathy and efficiency
  • Have strong knowledge of creative tools like Adobe CS Figma Airtable Asana (or equivalents)
  • Experience with giving professional and constructive feedback to creative clients and creative teams
