Job Description

Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Location: Norcross

Its core competences are the development production distribution and servicing of diesel gas and electric drivetrains for professional applications that is used in construction equipment agricultural machinery material handling equipment stationary equipment commercial vehicles rail vehicles and other applications.

Job Summary

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition processes and strategies. The ideal team member is a hands-on leader passionate about building high-performing teams and shaping a positive employee and hiring manager experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill cost-per-hire source effectiveness diversity metrics).
  • Exemplify leadership by guiding and mentoring their team ensuring clean data practices and continuously improving processes and systems.
  • Leverage social media and community relationships.
  • Conduct regular reviews of team performance identifying opportunities for group training one-on-one mentoring and professional development.
  • Manage team timecards and time off requests.
  • Partner with operational and business leaders to understand workforce needs and align hiring plans with firm goals.
  • Present recruiting data talent market trends and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and management teams. Strong emphasis on excel.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities are accurately tracked and recorded in real-time within the ATS CRM and third-party recruitment platforms to maintain clean and reliable data.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Establish mechanisms to gather feedback from candidates throughout the recruitment process using insights to refine practices and improve satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to increase inclusion and equity in the candidate pipeline ensuring alignment with the companys inclusion and equity goals.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

  • Willingness to travel to sites as needed.

Supervisory Responsibility

Travel Requirements

Anticipate domestic travel of 30-40%

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in full life cycle talent acquisition
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven experience managing recruitment processes across multiple business units subsidiaries or in a portfolio company environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
