Job Title: Medical Technologist

Job Description: As a Medical Technologist you will perform complex laboratory test procedures on patients of all ages ranging from neonates to the elderly.
- Perform complex laboratory test procedures following established protocols
- Investigate and question unusual test results and combinations
- Respond to critical test results in a timely and appropriate manner
- Review quality control results before releasing patient results
- Conduct instrument preventive maintenance as indicated
- Handle all specimens as biohazardous and utilize PPE as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Science Medical Technology or a closely related health field
- Medical Technologist (MT) certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and precision in laboratory work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
