Be part of JPMorganChases Wholesale Lending Services group! Join our Central Insurance Team and be the compliance expert were looking for.

As an Insurance Service Manager III within JPMorganChase you will be a key player in ensuring the integrity of our insurance coverage for assets and collateral. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing servicing activities and guidelines identifying trends and pinpointing root causes of errors. You will be responsible for leading efforts in change management particularly when policy procedures or systems alterations occur. Your role will involve strategic planning critical thinking and effective stakeholder management to ensure the quality and professionalism of our service delivery. Your advanced conflict management skills will be essential in facilitating discussions and creating win-win solutions while your expert mentoring abilities will guide your team towards continuous growth and development.

Job responsibilities

* Lead the review and analysis of insurance coverage for assets and collateral ensuring adherence to firms policies and regulatory requirements.

* Drive the identification of trends and root causes of errors in insurance servicing activities utilizing advanced critical thinking and strategic planning skills.

* Implement process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance the quality and timeliness of insurance servicing leveraging expert knowledge in lending services.

* Oversee the production and compilation of daily reports forecasting workload to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

* Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including vendors to ensure seamless insurance servicing operations and mutual beneficial outcomes.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

* Seven or more years of experience or equivalent expertise in managing insurance services specifically in reviewing assets and collateral for appropriate coverage.

* Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams with a focus on fostering an inclusive and high-performing work environment.

* Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and critical thinking with a track record of identifying trends and implementing innovative solutions in the insurance servicing sector.

* Advanced proficiency in conflict management with experience in facilitating discussions and creating win-win solutions in high-stakes situations.

* Expertise in mentoring and developing team members with a focus on enhancing their personal and professional growth.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

* Advanced influencing and relationship-building skills to drive strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

* Expertise in digital transformation and AI/ML techniques to enhance lending services and decision-making processes.

* Ability to foster adaptability and resilience within teams to navigate evolving market conditions.

* Proficient in utilizing data-driven insights and expert presentation skills to identify improvements and influence decision-making.

* Leadership in managing complex projects to ensure the successful execution of strategic lending initiatives.
