Job Summary
Plans directs and coordinates the organizational/technical activities required for delivery of the services to ensure technical solution meets contracts specifications. Builds in-depth knowledge of clients priorities challenges and initiatives and become a trusted advisor. Identifies potential sales opportunities and help coordinate efforts with sales and Global Services SMEs to pursue opportunities. Maintains awareness of all service matters and manage customer during high priority escalations. Develops strategic account growth plan along with sales and Global Services SMEs.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Implement RSA Governance & Lifecycle solution (formerly Aveksa) at customer environments according to the recommended best practices and designs methodology.
- Work closely with RSA Architects to identify the best implementation method and design approach.
- Provide technical and consultative leadership on IAM solutions across complex engagements.
- Build and maintain strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maximize customer experience and relationships.
- Coordinate technical solution teams to meet contractual obligations track/report progress and keep project managers informed including end-of-project reporting per SOW.
- Apply deep IAM expertise with hands-on skills in Oracle databases LDAP Active Directory Java Linux web application servers cloud infrastructure and web technologies.
- Remain flexible with travel and working hours as required by project implementations.
Essential Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Databases (preferably Oracle)
- LDAP & Active Directory (AD)
- Java Linux Web Application Servers
- Cloud infrastructure and web technologies
- Hands-on experience implementing any of the IGA solutions in customers environment
Desirable Requirements:
- Development experience (Java Shell scripting) is desirable.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science Information Technology or relevant fields
- 5years of experience working on small scale consulting and implementation/installation using some of the leading security products.
- Industry certification like CISSP and/or CISM is a plus
