Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished litigator with at least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation including complex commercial disputes breach of contract cases construction DTPA and fraud. The ideal applicant will have a thorough comprehension of civil procedure evidence trial advocacy and a track record of real court appearances.
