Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished litigator with at least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation including complex commercial disputes breach of contract cases construction DTPA and fraud. The ideal applicant will have a thorough comprehension of civil procedure evidence trial advocacy and a track record of real court appearances.

- Draft pleadings and motions take and defend depositions prepare for and attend trials and arbitrations
- Ability to be self-reliant while working in tandem with others
- Having a genuine love for the practice of law and a readiness to take responsibility
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
- We are looking for attorneys who can take on a lot of responsibility and display a great attitude detail orientation and dedication to client service
- Intellectual engagement and a strong commitment to excellence are essential for this role
- An active license to practice law in Texas is required
