Are you looking for your next career move We are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join the Mittera family where ideas are valued and internal mobility is promoted! The Human Resources Assistant helps the Human Resources Manager with the administration of day-to-day operations of the departments functions and duties. They will assist maintaining various employee programs including the new hire process recruiting termination process and employee relations. Responsible for maintaining employee personnel files employee boards and coordination of employee meetings and events. This position works under supervision but must know how to work independently to plan and accomplish goals. Must perform all functions with the highest level of consistency compassion and confidentiality as it relates to Mitteras values and overall customer experience.
