Job Description

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking an attorney to join our Construction Practice Group in support of our Connecticut office. The firm offers flexible remote working options. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience handling complex commercial business or construction litigation matters.

GRSMs Construction Group consists of more than 150 lawyers across the U.S. who focus their practice on the comprehensive range of legal services required by all participants in the construction industry architects engineers design professionals design joint ventures owners developers property managers general contractors subcontractors material suppliers product manufacturers lenders investors state agencies municipalities and other affiliated consultants and service providers.

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has been ranked the #4 construction law firm in the nation by Construction Executive in the magazines 2022 ranking of The Top 50 Construction Law Firms.

A Connecticut Bar admission is required.

Experience with commercial construction contract drafting negotiation and construction law is preferred but not required. The candidate must have top academic credentials and excellent writing research negotiation and communication skills also required.
