Job Summary
Overview
We have an opening for an attorney in our expanding Columbus office. Candidates must have 2-5 years of substantial litigation experience.
We are a full-service Am Law 100 firm with robust national and local practices. This position will focus on complex commercial litigation class action and employment litigation. We have garnered national recognition for our demonstrated commitment to the recruitment retention and advancement of qualified female and diverse attorneys.
Candidates must have an excellent academic background proven skills in writing analysis and research and be a self-starter who is able to handle important aspects of litigation with limited supervision. A proven track record that includes sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions is strongly preferred. Additionally a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be licensed in Ohio.

As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce including remote roles alternative work arrangements and contract opportunities throughout the country our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:
- Associates (approximately 1-6 years): $100000$165000;
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140000$215000;
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190000$275000.
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience skills practice area business generation work arrangement and geographic market.
