The Team Lead Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Focus Factorys daily operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the workflow managing the team and ensuring that all processes are carried out compliantly safely efficiently and effectively. This involves coordinating with various departments monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve productivity. You will also ensure compliance with site SOPs and regulations maintains seamless operation and drives continuous improvement in the department while maintaining a safe environment.
To accomplish this you will employ a combination of leadership communication and problem-solving skills. You will lead by example providing guidance and support to their team members while fostering a collaborative work environment. Effective communication is key as you must deliver information between different departments to ensure that everyone is aligned with the areas objectives. You will identify and resolve issues that may arise using their analytical skills to develop solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. By leveraging these skills you will contribute significantly to the overall success and growth of the organization.
This position will report to the Manager Operations in a Focus Factory.

What You Will Achieve
Ensure the daily cleaning and disinfection activities for assigned areas are completed as established in approved procedures.
Supervise assigned colleagues. Train new and existing colleagues on applicable procedures.
Manage direct reports timecards and time off while ensuring no impact to manufacturing operations.
Ensure seamless planning execution and tracking of manufacturing activities.
Conduct safety quality 5S aseptic techniques and gowning audits as part of standard work.
Develop and implement key projects to improve compliance and efficiencies in the operations department.
Manage and order inventory of necessary equipment and operations supplies.
Maintain working knowledge of cGMPs and emerging regulatory and compliance concerns related to aseptic manufacturing.
Write investigations implement CAPAs generate change controls for procedure updates and manage the print review and storage of controlled documents.
Supervise direct reports and conduct performance evaluations.
Attend Tier 0 meetings conduct Tier 1 meetings on scheduled workdays and enter DOC metrics.
Ensure each lines visual boards and WPM are updated at all times.
Execute SAP process orders transactions.
Complete batch records reviews and materials accountability.
Resolve People Experience (PX) issues.
Conduct talent assessments.
Initiate job requisitions for anticipated openings.
Maintain process control in the area and manage escalation quality and deviations.
Initiate events for known deviations from the process to meet the 24-hour notification procedure.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a masters degree with 0 years of experience; OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience
Experience working in a regulated environment
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Experience in manufacturing operations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a strong attention to details.
Proven leadership and mentorship skills with ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals.
Professional certifications in aseptic techniques are preferable.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform tasks such as lifting sitting standing walking and bending. Capability to perform mathematical calculations and complex data analysis
Mental Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address disposition and supply chain issues. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in managing disposition sequences and timelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Shifts 12 hours day 12 hour nights 8 hours 1st 8 hours 2nd and 8 hours 3rd.
May involve working in shifts to ensure continuous production operations including early morning late evening or overnight shifts.
May be required to work on weekends and holidays to meet production deadlines or address urgent issues.
Required to be on-call to handle emergencies or critical situations outside of regular working hours.
During peak production periods or tight deadlines may require working extended hours to ensure tasks are completed on time.
