- Pay range for this position is $16.50-$20.00 hourly
Responsibilities
- Posting new car inventory into accounting
- Stock in vehicles in-transit
- Updating vehicle statuses and filing documentation pertaining to each unit
- Reconciling of new vehicle inventory schedules
- Posting daily new vehicle dealer trades into accounting and distributing payment when necessary
- Reconciling of dealer trade schedules
- Following up with dealers on all aged dealer trade debt and/or status of trade docs
- Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
- inventory experience
- Highly organized and eager to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
