Pay range for this position is $16.50-$20.00 hourly
Responsibilities
Posting new car inventory into accounting
Stock in vehicles in-transit
Updating vehicle statuses and filing documentation pertaining to each unit
Reconciling of new vehicle inventory schedules
Posting daily new vehicle dealer trades into accounting and distributing payment when necessary
Reconciling of dealer trade schedules
Following up with dealers on all aged dealer trade debt and/or status of trade docs
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
inventory experience
Highly organized and eager to improve
Willingness to take initiative
Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Ability to provide quality customer service
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
