Job Description

4 DAY WORK WEEK - PAID TRAINING - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

We need a Service Concierge to focus exclusively on the customer service of our clients servicing their vehicles at our store. Must be able to greet guests and act as a liaison between customers and Service Advisors. Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customer - first point of contact in the Service Department - welcome customer setting foundation for an exceptional customer service experience while their vehicle is receiving exceptional service by top trained technicians.
  • Gather - Obtain information from customer including name phone number vehicle mileage VIN and reason for todays visit.
  • Inform - Give a background of services offered in the service area providing a menu of services and prices.
  • Relay customers concerns and needs to Service Advisor and make introduction.
  • Provide tour of service department waiting area show room and amenities (coffee bar/bathroom).
  • Create - Provide an environment of harmony which shows customers that the service department and sales department are working together.
  • Act as liaison between customer and Sales Team for customers interested in new vehicle lease/purchase.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old
  • Neat professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work with cross functional teams
  • Must have a valid/clean driver license
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
