Job Description
The Delmar Gardens Family is seeking a qualified compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day care and services for our Assisted Living residents at one of our local St. Louis Retirement and Assisted Living Communities.
This Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be a dynamic leader with great communication skills. He/she will onboard and train newly hired staff coordinate schedules for all care staff/L1MAs oversee day to day regulatory compliance and ensure the residents are provided excellent individualized care based on their needs and preferences. This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned nurse who has worked as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a Skilled Nursing facility a Director of Health and Wellness at an Assisted Living Community or a compassionate nurse who aspires to work in a managerial position.
