Kirkland Uncorked Washingtons premier summer wine festival is seeking energetic reliable and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our onsite event team! If you love wine live events or just enjoy helping create fun community experiences-wed love to have you on board.
We are hiring for the following positions:
- Winery Manager
- Ticket Booth Cashier
- Production/Beverage Assistant
About Kirkland Uncorked Kirkland Uncorked is a weekend celebration of Washingtons incredible wineries delicious food local art and live entertainment. The event supports Motley Zoo Animal Rescue and brings thousands of attendees to the beautiful Marina Park waterfront.
General Responsibilities by Role
Winery Manager
- Support wineries during load-in and set-up
- Organize manage and track wine inventory
- Oversee volunteers and ensure smooth pouring operations
- Maintain wine station supplies and compliance
- Coordinate end-of-night and end-of-event inventory and load-out Wine Shop Manager
- Help wineries check in wine for sale
- Set up and display wine shop inventory
- Use POS system to process wine sales (credit card only)
- Maintain temperature-controlled wine storage
- Provide excellent guest service and manage end-of-day reports
Ticket Booth Cashier
- Welcome guests and manage entry transactions
- Distribute tasting glasses tokens and programs
- Supervise volunteers and assist with ticket scanning
- Help with booth setup end-of-day procedures and Sunday load-out
Production
- Help with booth setup end-of-day procedures and Sunday load-out
- Hanging banners and signs
- Heavy lifting as needed
- Assisting beverage team with operations
Ideal Candidates
- Available all event days
- Are friendly reliable and good under pressure
- Have great communication and customer service skills
- Can stand and move for long periods
- Event or food/beverage experience preferred
