Join us as a Commercial CRM Executive and youll be a big part of this.

Role Purpose: The Commercial CRM teams role is to drive value from our customers at all stages of their relationship with us. We focus on utilising customer data and consent to maintain and grow each customer relationship in order to drive business growth including sales profit and long-term loyalty. This role plays a key supporting role in the planning execution reporting and optimisation of Loyalty & CRM activity and programmes for the total business - B&Q and TradePoint.

Whats the job

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Help deliver the CRM strategy working closely with CRM Managers to plan and run programmes from start to finish.
  • Focus on loyalty and behaviour-led campaigns plus basket and category-driving activity.
  • Support programme design and ensure it aligns with business goals.
  • Help build clear optimisation roadmaps and test-and-learn plans that drive better results.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Automation and Personalisation teams to shape targeting offers and campaign builds.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to brief and deliver campaigns on time on budget and to a high standard.
  • Champion campaign reporting track engagement and performance and find ways to improve.
  • Look for ways to improve how the team works and streamline processes.
  • Keep programme documentation organised plans results learnings and processes.
  • Get to know our CRM tools (Braze and Tealium) and use them to drive smarter more efficient campaigns.

  • Solid experience and understanding of CRM and direct marketing
  • Confident managing all parts of campaign delivery from briefing to reporting.
  • Great at juggling multiple tasks without losing attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator who delivers high-quality work.
  • Positive proactive and solution-focused.
