Join an exciting new Restaurant/Culinary venture combining acclaimed restaurant leaders with Michelin star pedigree and the Standard International brand.
Renowned chef Shannon Bennett joined by a dream team of long-time collaborators and fellow restaurant alumni: Cory Campbell (Cuisine Chef of the Year) Ryan Henley (Christchurch two-hatted) and Carlos Simoes Santos a Master Sommelierone of just 260 in the world.
The crew will serve up a hyper-seasonal bistro-style menu thats both elevated and easy-goingdesigned with Fitzroy locals in mind. Expect modern twists on bistro classics including handmade breads and pastas rotating weekly steaks sourced from top Victorian producers and a strong focus on provenance sustainability and simplicity.
The Standards irreverent and playful sensibility combined with a careful consideration of design detail and service have established its reputation as a pioneer of hospitality travel dining nightlife and beyond.
