This is a temporary position.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager Competitive Intelligence Operations & Initiatives will play an instrumental role in the evolution of a large-scale company-wide data program that sits within the Global Product Intelligence function at Marriott. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and business acumen this individual will assist with executing the strategy & vision for the program. The primary focus of the position is to become a SME of the CoStar Benchmarking application in order to develop training and change management resources provide technical & process related support to end users and assist with trouble shooting any related data reporting process issues.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Hotel and Restaurant Management Economics or related major and 2 years of relevant professional experience in Revenue Management Sales or related function demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.

Provides subject matter expertise for Competitive Intelligence product initiatives

Responsible for the creation and/or revision of business processes training and change management documentation

Assist in the execution of communications plans and deployment activities

Develops and executes post-launch actions for sustaining resources and tools

Manages the support email inbox answering questions from end users or referring issues to the correct area

Works creatively with stakeholders to determine their true needs and solutions

Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up

Presents ideas expectations and information in a concise organized manner

Exemplifies strong project management skills including establishing timelines goals and continual communication

Performs other reasonable duties as assigned

The pay range for this position is $47.30 to $78.37 per hour.

Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
