Job Description
Our client an Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Trade Remedies Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience (ONLY) to join its nationally recognized International Trade & Supply Chain Practice supporting the Technology Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and reviews
- Support litigation before the U.S. Department of Commerce U.S. International Trade Commission and U.S. Court of International Trade
- Provide strategic legal counsel on trade remedy compliance and risk mitigation
- Assist with customs-related matters (preferred but not required)
Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in trade remedies specifically involving antidumping and countervailing duty cases
- Experience with customs issues is a plus
- Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application or willingness to obtain

Pursuant to applicable state laws the compensation range for this position in Chicago Denver Oakland Los Angeles and Washington DC only is $230000 to $275000 commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
