Associate Regional Director of IDD Services
Full-Time Salary $65000

We are seeking an Associate Director of Regional Services to providesupervision training support and quality assurance for GoodLifes programs inJohnson County Kansas.

As the Associate Director of Regional Services you will promote the smooth operation of residential programs by training supporting and evaluating managers who in turn provide high-quality services to those we serve. You will also oversee compliance with company policies and procedures as well as state and federal licensing standards and regulations.

As the Associate Director of Regional Services you will promote the smooth operation of residential programs by training supporting and evaluating managers who in turn provide high-quality services to those we serve. You will also oversee compliance with company policies and procedures as well as state and federal licensing standards and regulations.
Some duties include:
- Interviewing hiring training and supervising residential managers
- Promoting strong communication and teamwork between staff
- Supporting residential managers with administrative and management duties
- Fulfilling residential management duties in cases of manager vacancies
- Facilitating payroll and census/billing for Johnson County programs
- Preparing for HCBS and Final Rule licensing reviews including documentation reviews staff interviews and observations and on-site quality checks
- Participating in weekend on-call rotation
Some qualifications:
- Supervisory experience required
- Bachelors degree in a human services or related field preferred
- One to two years of prior experience of a similar scope
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through verbal and written mediums
- Ability to perform behavior management and physical support techniques
- Must have valid Drivers License and safe driving record
- Flexibility in assigned working locations and hours and ability to participate in weekend on-call rotation
