Job Title:Inside Sales Representative
Pay Range:$20 - $30 /hr (The Salary offered will depend on multiple factors to include current/most recent job experience specific skills years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this and similar roles. Comprehensive benefits package included/available.)
Location:City of Industry Los Angeles
Description:MSI Computer Corp. a leading innovator in the PC hardware industry is seeking to hire a talented creative individual with excellent work ethic to help product marketing team for local campaigns.
What you will DO:
- Support the Sales team with all related to sales activities to improve efficiency and grow sales revenue.
- Respond to inquiries such as order status shipment schedules account applications co-op applications product availability pricing and quoting.
- Work cross-functionally with production accounting logistics and marketing teams.
- Follow up on weekly backorder list and review with order processing team.
- Handle customer issues inquiries samples and returns.
- Perform other job duties as manager assigned.
What you will NEED:
- Associate Arts/Science degree (AA/AS) or Bachelors degree (BA/BS)
- 3 years of sales customer service experience with Bachelors degree OR
- 5 years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bilingual in Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt prioritize and multi-task
- Works well as individual and with sales teams
