Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Support customers and outside sales team
- Prioritize and manage your workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively anticipate customers and managers needs
- Field 50-100 calls/emails daily
- Effectively communicate via email/phone
- Process requests for price delivery returns order status order expedites product literature and technical assistance.
What We Need From You:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Associates / Bachelors degree in related field is preferred
- 2 years of experience in an inside sales / customer service position
- Previous experience in customer service sales and/or purchasing within a manufacturing or distribution environment is strongly preferred
- Proficient with software programs relating to the customer service position including Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook and vendor pricing programs
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Working experience with Trend is a plus
- Strong organizational skills analytical mathematical and mechanical aptitude is required
