We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with a positive personality to join our ENT Family. We offer a full benefits package including Insurance Dental Vision and participation in 401K. Past experience in covering a physician(s) is required.
This is a Monday through Friday position. 8am - 5pm. Travel between our three locations is a requirement as needed. Main location will be Harbour View Suffolk area.
No weekends or holidays.
The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years working with a physician and patient interactions. As well as:
- Experience with In-Office procedures a plus.
- Flexibility to work with a busy ENT provider.
- Willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between our three locations
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Taking patient vitals reason for visit medical history and documenting within the EMR system.
- Ability to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm without issue.
- Verifying patient information obtaining authorizations medication refills physician orders and chart prep.
- Assist with daily department duties cleaning restocking ordering supplies etc.
- Reliable transportation able to travel between office locations when needed.
- Ability to work Monday Friday from 8am-5pm with no issue
- Willingness to learn
