Job Description:
This position is to provide educational support and a continuum of growth to the many educational programs that are dependent upon anatomical specimens within the COM education and training programs; UT undergraduate and graduate allied health programs. Specifically this position will assist in the clerical duties related to the Body Donation Program. The position will also provide support to the Lab Manager in the preparation of labs maintenance and overall cleanliness of the gross anatomy addition this position will be responsible for laboratory specimens being used timely and appropriately.
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by earning a BS degree in biological science or related field required.
Successful completion of undergraduate coursework in human anatomical specimens is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including but not limited to Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
Must complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Be able to work effectively within a team environment.
Must be punctual and accountable.
