The team
Stripes crypto team is building the stablecoin and blockchain powered future of Stripes world-class financial infrastructure and product offerings. The team is trusted with defining and executing the integration of crypto technologies into both new bets and as accelerants to the companys core product suite. From global Stablecoin Financial Accounts to Stablecoin Acceptance to Payouts and Onramp the team provides Stripes users accelerated access to the future of global financial services today. The next few years are critical as Stripe leans into Stablecoins as room temperature superconductors thanks to our recent acquisitions of Bridge and Privy.
The role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This role is critical in shaping the future of Stripes global financial services offerings and requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how crypto and stablecoins can positively impact global merchants both from an infrastructure and product standpoint.
What youll do
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Product Strategy - Lead the development and execution of specific crypto and stablecoin product roadmaps ensuring alignment with the companys overall vision and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate closely with engineering design marketing legal compliance and other teams to ensure seamless execution and high-impact delivery.
- Market Analysis - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends in the crypto space.
- Innovation and Product Development - Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities and developing cutting-edge features that leverage Stripes recent acquisitions Bridge and Privy.
- Performance Metrics - Set and analyze key performance indicators to ensure product success and iterate based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

- Experience in Product Management - Proven track record in product management with a history of launching successful products that meet high-quality standards and find product market fit.
- Attention to Detail - Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Fast Execution - Demonstrated capability to ship high-quality products quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
- 8 years of experience in product management within technical domains.
- Experience in growth and engagement (e.g. funnel optimization growth experimentation etc.).
- Ability to speak the language of many different stakeholders move effortlessly from engineering scoping to UX design reviews to helping outline legal and compliance requirements.
- Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility.
- Experience aligning a broad set of stakeholders via strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience shipping and scaling consumer products
- An interest and understanding of crypto products their users and their communities
- Actively involved in the developer community and youve formed a tasteful opinion of developer experiences
- Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
- Your hands are filthy. You only ship functionality after youve personally test driven it and made heavy edits to the documentation
