As a Senior Associate in the Managed Services Platform youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution and beyond. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

• Lead the planning design and execution of testing strategies for data projects including data pipelines ETL workflows and analytics platforms.
• Guide and mentor a team of data QA/test engineers manage workload distribution and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with data engineering BI and products teams to understand data requirements and business logic.
• Drive the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks for large scale data validation.
• Define and implement best practices for data quality monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Design and implement automated tests to ensure consistent and accurate date processing.
• Validate source to target mapping and perform data reconciliation using SQL.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data pipelines ETL processes and data transformations.
• Document test results defect tracking and QA reports in a clear and structured manner.
• Design build and maintain robust data queries using SQL for analytics and reporting.
• Interpret and analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and Opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business metrics and KPIs.
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools ( Power BI Tableauetc)
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across systems and reports.
• Automate repetitive analysis and streamline data workflows.
• Support data driven decisions-making across product operations marketing and finance teams.
• Should have a deep understanding of Data warehousing concepts.

Minimum Degree Required: BE/BTech/MCA/.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

• Data Analytics concepts SQL ETL concepts Python Cloud platform (AWS/AZURE) JAVA core concepts GITLAB
• 5 years of experience in Data testing/ QA roles with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Should have minimum of 3 years hands on experience in Data testing Data quality Assurance or similar roles.
• Experience with test automation framework and scripting.( Python Selenium BDD)
• At least 2 years of experience working in Cloud (AWS) Agile CI/CD.
• Experience in writing queries against databases and data warehouses in Oracle or SQL Server MySQL Postgres.
• Strong written/oral communication skills problem resolution good judgment presentation and decision-making skills required
• Prior experience of development or testing for Cloud Services. Experience with testing services in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is a big plus
• Demonstrating experience in Agile practices CI/CD pipeline Best Practices and Procedures;
• Performing Data Mining predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions;
• Should have minimum 3 years hands on experience building advanced Data Analytics
• Should have minimum 3 years hands on Experience ETL testing with strong emphasis on accuracy reliability and data integrity.
• Should have minimum 3 years hands on Experience in SQL for Data Handling
• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Should have understanding on core data concepts: Data ingestion transformation enrichment quality governance lineage and design
• Validating data fields formats and utility using Quality Control checklists
• Should have sound knowledge of snowflake data warehouse and Salesforce workbench for data management and reconciliation.
• Ability to transform requirements and user stories into comprehensive test cases.
• Strong foundation in data modelling principles including database schemas normalization and relationships.
• Ability to define and develop test strategies test plans KPIs Metrics Defect management processes and reporting mechanism.
• Designing Test Cases generate test data based on the requirements and project needs.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in ETL and other BI tools is an added advantage.

• Tools knowledge: - Snowflakes Qlik Appflow Ataccama or equivalent Reltio
