Our AI Safety Services team helps frontier model builders ship responsibly- without losing speed. We need a Marketing Manager AI Safety Services a doitall marketer who can generate pipeline accelerate deals and cement TaskUs as the trusted voice of safe AI.
Working tightly with Sales Account Management and Solutions youll plan and execute campaigns events and content that move prospects from curiosity to closedwon. Your mission: turn TaskUs from the AI industrys bestkept secret into the first name executives think of when they need support achieving safe scalable AI solutions.
The impact youll make:
Fill the funnel: Drive qualified leads and influence annual pipeline through targeted programs.
Speed the sales cycle: Equip sellers and AEs with campaigns and assets that unblock deals and grow ACV.
Amplify awareness: Turn TaskUs from AIs bestkept secret into the goto partner for safe highvelocity AI services - across in person events webinars media and thoughtleadership channels.
What youll do:
Own field & ABM programs - executive dinners roadshows webinars microcampaignsmapped to account plans and vertical motions.
Partner with Sales & Product to craft messaging define target lists and orchestrate multitouch sequences.
Manage the calendar of inperson and virtual events endtoend: budget logistics promotion and postevent followup.
Create & curate content: collaborate with Product Marketing and SMEs to package case studies playbooks and outbound sequences.
Measure what matters: Track MQL SQL Opportunity progression attribution and ROI; refine programs based on data.
Maintain ops hygiene: Work with RevOps to keep Salesforce and leadrouting rules clean and actionable.
Experiences youll bring:
5 years of B2B marketing in tech AI SaaS or tech focused professional services owning programs endtoend.
Success running field partner and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex highvalue sales cycles.
Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
Experience collaborating closely with Sales Product and RevOps in a fastmoving environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce and project tools like Asana.
Core skills youll need:
Campaign & event ownership from ideation through postmortem.
Compelling copywriting and messaging tailored to technical and riskoriented buyers.
Datadriven mindset: comfortable building dashboards slicing funnel data and acting on insights.
Project & stakeholder management - juggling multiple programs while keeping teams aligned.
Adaptability: thrive amid shifting requirements tight timelines and ambiguous asks.
Nice to have: Marketing to AI or engineering personas knowledge of GenAI / AI safety concepts or experience with vertical/industry playbooks.
