Whats the job
Youll support customers of Americas home improvement retailer. Some will need advice others just a quick answer. Youll handle calls and chats with confidence empathy and a smile (even if its virtual!).
What you need:

Fluent English (C1 or higher)

A good head with tech and systems

Previous customer service experience - at least 6 months

A friendly can-do attitude

Ready to work from 3pm to 11pm and grow with us
