Job Advert: Team Manager
Salary: 28000 - 30000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Hull
Wellington Care is looking for a dedicated Team Manager to join our passionate team. We are committed to promoting the inclusion safeguarding and welfare of vulnerable adults facing complex mental health challenges. Our mission is to support individuals across Hull and East Yorkshire with all aspects of their daily lives. This includes providing safe welcoming living environments with 24/7 care as well as offering additional support within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care services ensuring individual needs and organisational goals are met.
- Provide leadership and management to a team of Team Leaders Senior Support Workers and Support Workers.
- Oversee a cluster of services ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Work flexibly including evenings weekends and public holidays to meet the needs of both clients and the organisation.
