Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Project Manager on a 3-month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 325.44 - 448.00 per day
Responsibilities:
- Lead M&E projects from planning through completion
- Manage budgets project risks timelines and documentation
- Supervise contractors consultants and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations
- Liaise with stakeholders and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Mechanical Electrical or related discipline
- Membership with IMechE CIOB or similar body
- Understanding of procurement legislation and cost analysis
- Experience managing M&E capital projects
- Strong financial and stakeholder management skills
- Technical expertise in M&E project delivery and compliance
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
