About the Opportunity

Were growing our Technology Partnerships team in EMEA and are looking for a Senior Technology Alliances Manager to help lead the next phase of our partner ecosystem expansion. This role will focus on building and scaling strategic relationships with key technology platforms across the region helping to unlock new growth opportunities drive partner-sourced pipeline and deliver value to customers through a strong composable ecosystem.

Youll operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at partner organisations while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales Marketing Product and Partner Success. This is a high-impact field-facing role for a connector who thrives on turning potential into progress and relationships into results

What to expect

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with selected technology partners across EMEA from joint business planning to field-level execution.
  • Align with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue through co-selling and account mapping.
  • Lead the creation and execution of scalable regional engagement plans to activate and accelerate partner contribution.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within partner organisations ensuring deep alignment and shared success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint solutions field enablement content and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a connector between technology partners and agency/SI partners to drive multi-partner go-to-market motion.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally and ensure the partner perspective is embedded in regional strategy.

What you need to be successful

  • 6 years in strategic alliances or partner management ideally in SaaS digital platforms or cloud-based technologies.
  • Track record of success working with senior stakeholders (Director level and above) in partner organisations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to design and drive partner programs that lead to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages (German French etc.) a benefit.
  • Based in London with regular office presence and willingness to travel across EMEA for partner engagements.
  • Highly collaborative self-motivated and proactive in identifying and delivering opportunities.
  • A relationship builder strategic thinker and natural communicator who drives value in every interaction.
