We are looking to recruit at the earliest possibility aProject Manager (m/f/d) for Breeding Station Management within KWS SAAT SE & CO. KGaA at the Einbeck site (Germany).
The role is to be filled full-time and with a permanent contract.
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Organizing and moderating working groups as well as various meetings in the field of Breeding Stations
- Supporting the international breeding stations in projects (i.e. organization service structure or in collaboration with stakeholder groups)
- Representation of Breeding and Research Services in KWS projects
- Coordinating the meetings of Global Station Management
- Supporting various mid-term or long-term plannings in the station area as well as analysis and derivation of corresponding measures from KPIs
- Regular business trips to interact with KWS breeding stations
- Advising and supporting breeding station managers in the area of cross-compliance and other regulations
Bring in your strengths:
- Completed studies in business administration agriculture agribusiness or comparable vocational training
- Basic knowledge of breeding processes and agricultural topics as well as an interest in agriculture
- Good skills in structuring marketing and managing projects ideally first work experience in Project Management in a comparable company
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of initiative service-oriented mindset and independent way of working
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German language French knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 15 %
