Requirements
You have many years of professional experience (4 years or more) in web development and ideally already have experience in personnel management.
HTML CSS and JavaScript are no strangers to you and you are familiar with popular frameworks such as React and .
You have a basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
You have an eye for design and already have some experience with Figma (or comparable software).
Learning on the job. You are enthusiastic and able to teach yourself new topics independently.
Youre comfortable being responsible for projects and have a knack for collaborating in remote teams.
Good written and spoken English skills.
On top of that: You have a basic understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
Tasks & Responsibilities
With our innovative software solution we ensure that websites are accessible to everyone thus fulfilling a legal requirement as well as a societal expectation. Our solution is technically sophisticated clearly explainable and demonstrably successful providing you with ideal conditions for success in development:
Independent development and responsibility for new projects
Design and implementation of new products in our dashboard
Expansion of the existing API
Orchestration of the existing Docker infrastructure
Expansion of quality assurance and automated deployment pipelines
Technical guidance from other employees
