- Assist customers in getting the delivery and service they require.
- Process orders and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service and delivery and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a retail or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license is preferred for potential onsite visits.
