Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Quality Expert Spain to join our Data Enablement Team of Data Management Tribe

The responsibility of Data Management Tribe is focused on BE extremely personal and relevant BY turning data into rational and emotional benefits TO maximize value and customer engagement USING the 5 Rights principles (The right data is in the right place at the right time for the right people on the right way)

Your key responsibilities:

As a Data Quality Expert you will:

You will support new initiatives across the bank on activities and outputs expected to meet ING Data Quality framework.

You will ensure the right controls are implemented and executed to have clear views on data health indicators within explanatory dashboards that support prioritization decision making and root cause analysis.

Ensure data community involvement in definition implementation execution and maintenance of controls facilitating as an expert with methodology and tooling to achieve those goals.

Propose solutions together with experts from different tribes and supported by Data Management Tribes colleagues and ensure those solutions are implemented in a sustainable and secure way.

Contribute as a key member of the expert unit you will provide a broad knowledge on data quality expertise trends and capabilities available for the organization.

In collaboration with different squads and technical team define new requirements over Data Management Framework (Checks Reconciliations Remediation) and improvements to be made in the processes to achieve process excellence.

SQL Knowledge

Profiling capabilities in order to find potential issues trends and any consideration to be reviewed in detail with experts.

Data Quality tooling (SODA IBM Infosphere or others such as Informatica Collibra SODA etc.)

5 years of experience on data quality management.

Advanced level of English.

Advanced level of Excel & Powerpoint. Microsoft Excel knowledge including files preparation and review ensuring quality of the product.

Paying attention to details and being able to detect possible errors.

ETL foundations (Data Stage DBT )

Desired:

o Data catalog or dictionaries experience including business terms reference data values and functional metadata associated to technical assets such as Oracle tables and columns Banking sector experience

o Reporting tools experience (ie. Cognos PowerBI Microstrategy)

o Certifications related to data quality.

o Written skills of Spanish

o SAS and Phyton Knoweledge

La responsabilidad de la Tribu de Data Management se centra enser extremadamente personal y relevanteconvirtiendo los datos en beneficios racionales y emocionales paramaximizar el valor y la implicacin del cliente utilizando los principios de las5 Rights(los datos correctos estn en el lugar correcto en el momento correcto para las personas correctas y de la manera correcta).

Tus principales responsabilidades:

ComoData Quality Expert tus funciones sern:

• Dar soporte a nuevas iniciativas en todo el banco en actividades y entregables que deben cumplir con el marco de calidad de datos de ING.
• Asegurar que se implementen y ejecuten los controles adecuados para tener una visin clara de los indicadores de salud de los datos mediante dashboards explicativos que apoyen la priorizacin la toma de decisiones y el anlisis de causas raz.
• Garantizar la implicacin de la comunidad de datos en la definicin implementacin ejecucin y mantenimiento de controles actuando como persona experta en metodologa y herramientas para alcanzar estos objetivos.
• Proponer soluciones junto con personas expertas de diferentes tribus y con el apoyo de colegas de la Tribu de Data Management asegurando que dichas soluciones se implementen de forma sostenible y segura.
• Contribuir como miembro clave de la unidad de expertos/as aportando un conocimiento amplio sobre calidad de datos tendencias y capacidades disponibles para la organizacin.
• En colaboracin con diferentes squads y equipos tcnicos definir nuevos requisitos sobre elData Management Framework(controles reconciliaciones remediaciones) y mejoras en los procesos para alcanzar la excelencia operativa.

Qu estamos buscando

Deseable:

• Experiencia con catlogos o diccionarios de datos incluyendo trminos de negocio valores de datos de referencia y metadatos funcionales asociados a activos tcnicos como tablas y columnas de Oracle.
• Experiencia en el sector bancario.
• Experiencia con herramientas de reporting (por ejemploCognosPowerBIMicrostrategy).
• Certificaciones relacionadas con calidad de datos.
• Habilidades de redaccin en castellano.
• Conocimientos deSASyPython.
