Reporting to the International HR Strategy & Development Manager this new role will design implement and evaluate training and development programs for Australian and New Zealand Internationally Mobile Staff (IMS) and will build tailored learning solutions that cover the complex operational and developmental needs of MSF.
Your expertise in workforce development will enhance the capacity of our IMS to operate in various global projects foster motivation promote professional autonomy and create mobility opportunities.Accountabilities will include strategy annual planning and budget management; Learning plan development and delivery; people development through career path and mobility; and engagement across the MSF movement.
As a champion for L&D this management position will work closely with internal IHR team members and liaise with L&D focal points across APAC and MSF Operating Centres globally to integrate best practice and share resources.

To be successful in this collaborative role youll enjoy innovating with training delivery methods and prioritising learning needs in a low resource environment. You will thrive in the humanitarian aid sector and ideally can demonstrate:
