Hotel Brand Auditor (Freelancer/Independent Contractor)
Location: France
Ecosure a division of Ecolab and an industry leader in quality-assurance examinations for various brand assurance programs. Our specialists are unique safety experts on whom our clients in the hospitality industry rely. We are looking for professionals to provide customized comprehensive on-site evaluations and training to help our clients maintain the highest standards in cleanliness guest experience and brand protection.

As a hotel brand auditor you will visit hotels and assess their brand requirements cleanliness condition and overall experience. Your knowledge and feedback help hotels improve and ensure exceptional service for guests. Its an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy travel independence and making a difference!
Responsibilities:
Attention to Detail:Meticulously evaluate hotel aspects from room cleanliness to staff interactions.
Accurate Assessments:Develop detailed and consistent evaluations and concise written reports.
Timeliness:Meet assessment deadlines efficiently.
Client Relations:Build positive relationships with property executives.
Adaptability:Navigate diverse hotel environments and client expectations.
Requirements:
Experience:Years of hotel experience in a management role.
Analytical Skills:Synthesize data effectively.
Language Proficiency:Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication in French (additional languages are a plus).
Independence:Ability to work autonomously meet strict deadlines and manage stress effectively.
Cultural Awareness:Thrive in diverse environments and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
Tech Proficiency:Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Valid Passport and Driving License:Required for travel in France.
Time Commitment:Willing to travel. Available to work from Monday to Friday 34 weeks per month.
This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis.
