Were looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead one of the most foundational and high-impact areas of Claythe product where teams enrich automate and take action on their data. Youll be responsible for setting direction across complex product surfaces and partnering closely with engineering and design to drive fast high-quality execution.
As the PM for our Workflows and Foundations teams youll shape the core experience of Clay as we expand from a powerful data enrichment tool into a full system of action for go-to-market teams. Your work will help redefine how these teams operate and play a key role in achieving Clays vision of being a creative tool to help businesses grow.
We strongly prefer candidates based in New York as our product engineering and design teams collaborate in person.
What Youll Do
Lead a core area of the Clay product driving the vision strategy and roadmap
Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality impactful features quickly
Deeply understand customer needsfrom early-stage startups to large enterprisesand translate them into clear product direction
Help Clay expand from a data enrichment tool into a full system of action for GTM teams
Navigate tradeoffs between performance polish and complexity as we scale
What Youll Bring
5 years of product management experience ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience owning complex product surfaces with high usage and visibility
A track record of working cross-functionally and driving alignment across product engineering design and go-to-market teams
Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating fast-moving early-stage environments
A strong sense of product qualityand a desire to build tools that are both powerful and elegant
