Job Description

About this role:

This position will execute a strategic communications program focusing on executive and internal communications for all matters pertaining to labor relations including collective bargaining. Supporting senior leaders in Consumer Small and Business Banking (CSBB) this individual contributor will translate high-priority corporate initiatives into content that informs and engages internal audiences. This position can sit in Charlotte NC; Dallas TX; Minneapolis MN; New York NY; San Francisco CA; St. Louis MO; Tempe AZ or Washington DC and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. In this role you will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to senior leaders in CSBB

  • Develop and implement communications strategies - including scenario plans stakeholder engagement plans and messaging that conveys key labor relations updates

  • Write and edit a variety of time-sensitive communications including leader messages and intranet articles

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of our engagement plans and messaging

  • Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes

  • Partner with other communicators to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging


Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Public Relations Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience developing crisis and/or incident communications strategies and plans

  • Experience counseling senior leaders on high-priority initiatives and internal communications

  • Experience developing time-sensitive communications for a unionized and non-unionized workforce

  • Experience writing stories across various social internal and digital channels

  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades and influences decision makers

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$100000.00 - $196000.00
