Injector Remanufacturing Technician Job Duties:
- Disassemble parts using hand and power tools
- Perform cleaning of components using ultrasonic tanks as well as other mechanical and chemical cleaning methods
- Inspect components after cleaning and sort based on type and condition.
- Perform precision measurements of components using micrometers and calipers
- Assemble injectors following SOP using correct parts and methods
- Perform injector calibrations adjustments and quality control checks after assembly
- Mount assembled injectors in test machine fixtures
- Operate test machines safely and interpret results of testing
- Analyze results and perform additional calibrations or adjustments as necessary
- Perform maintenance on testing equipment based on specified maintenance schedule
- Communicate with other departments in the facility
- Work overtime when required by business needs
- Follow good housekeeping best practices for workstation work area and general office space
- Adhere to Safety Standards and Policies
- Perform other job duties activities or responsibilities as assigned by the needs of the business with or without notice
Experience Needed:
Our ideal candidate will be someone who is not afraid to be on their feet all day working hard. This job requires a high degree of precision cleanliness and attention to detail. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with the upper body lifting pushing pulling etc. Prior experience in precision measurement or mechanical assembly is preferred.

About us
was founded in San Luis Obispo California in 2009. After having to replace the injectors in an LB7 Duramax we realized that there needed to be a better way for diesel pickup owners to get quality fuel injection parts for their trucks at reasonable prices. We offer parts for Duramax Cummins and Power Stroke Diesel engines. Our expert technicians are trained to test and service all the products we offer.
