Position Overview

Were looking for a National EVP of Sales to lead our nationwide sales this strategic executive role youll drive over $120M in annual revenue through consultative sales client retention and business development across all markets and service lines. Youll transform the sales culture develop high-performing regional teams and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional client outcomes.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and transform a national sales organization from a transactional to a consultative model.
  • Oversee $120M annual revenue portfolio with a focus on strategic growth (year over year 10%) and client retention.
  • Drive performance recovery in key markets (NY/NJ CA TX) through leadership and process change.
  • Standardize pipeline CRM and sales methodology processes company wide.
  • Collaborate closely with EVP of Business Strategy and operational leaders to ensure market alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Build VP level relationships across accounts and ensure team-wide consultative selling capability.
  • Lead recruitment development and succession planning across multi-regional sales teams.
  • Manage accurate forecasting pipeline coverage and performance metrics for ongoing improvement.

What Youll Bring

Required:

  • 12 years of senior sales leadership experience with national scope and $50M revenue ownership.
  • 8 years managing multi-regional sales teams of 15 individuals.
  • Proven success driving organizational turnaround and cultural transformation.
  • Expertise in consultative/solution-based sales methodologies.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales technologies.

Preferred:

  • Experience in professional services consulting or B2B environments.
  • Strong executive presence with a history of C-suite engagement.
  • High performance in client retention pipeline management and team development.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • This position is based in New York NY with a hybrid schedule.
  • Standard working hours: MondayFriday 8:30 AM5:00 PM
  • Travel Requirements: 5070% national travel to client sites offices and industry events.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $250K $275K based on experience.
  • Annual bonus based on company performance & KPIs
