Job Description

Your Team Responsibilities

The Program Manager Private Assets plays a pivotal role in driving executional excellence and operational alignment across the Private Assets portfolio. This role serves as a strategic connector between planning and delivery. It supports complex cross-functional initiatives strengthens delivery governance and improves how the segment plans prioritizes and tracks work. Working closely with Product Engineering Data and Finance the Program Manager helps scale consistent practices enhance portfolio transparency and ensure the operating rhythm needed to deliver on business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives from scoping through delivery coordinating workstreams and surfacing risks to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Shape and maintain the program operations framework in partnership with senior program leadership including governance models delivery standards and strategic planning cadences to drive executional consistency and cross-team alignment
  • Partner with cross-functional and program teams to improve delivery processes align practices and strengthen reporting and tooling infrastructure (e.g. Jira Confluence)
  • Coordinate intake planning and feasibility reviews with Product Engineering and Data
  • Coordinate cross-team delivery rhythms to drive cadence accountability and status visibility
  • Partner with Finance and segment leads on headcount forecasting capacity planning and investment support
  • Support cross-functional planning and reporting by synthesizing delivery insights aligning team inputs and enabling leadership decision-making

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • 7 years in program management delivery operations or strategic execution roles
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Strong working knowledge of program operations frameworks delivery governance and planning cadences
  • Experience improving delivery workflows and reporting visibility using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product Engineering Data and Finance to support planning and execution alignment
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to synthesize complexity into actionable plans
  • Background in financial services or enterprise platform environments preferred
