Responsibilities And Duties
- Communicate effectively with guests helping them with their food and beverage selection.
- Managed drinks and food at the bar for servers tables and delivered a positive guest experience.
- Professional and enthusiastic attitude
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume operation.
- A current drink/ beer vernacular with a high degree of recipe and product knowledge.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to create memorable guest connections with food and beverage.
- Gain mastery of the restaurants offering.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends.
- Good judgment skills and an adaptive attitude
