About The Role

Were hiring a Sales Development Manager to join at an early and pivotal stage focused on our fast-growing healthcare vertical. This is a true player-coach role: youll prospect build pipeline and shape the strategy playbooks and team behind our outbound motion. Youll lead hiring and development for the SDR team and play a key role in building a high-performing scalable sales development function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mentor and develop our Sales Development team fostering an environment of excellence and continuous improvement

  • Track measure and report on sales data to inform effective decision-making and strategy adjustments

  • Promote a culture of sales excellence ensuring best practices and high performance within the team

  • Drive the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent and oversee the development and growth of team members

  • Ensure the proper and effective use of Salesforce for tracking and managing sales activities

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to support broader company initiatives and achieve sales goals

  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience in a lead or manager role with a Sales Development sales team

  • 2 years of experience selling SaaS products in a Sales Development or Account Executive role

  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas

  • High levels of self motivation ownership and adaptability with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and teamwork

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $110000 - $135000 with potential for additional variable earnings. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary equity and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience skill level location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
