Role summary
Seeking a seasoned Corporate Paralegal to provide high-level legal support across financial transactions governance and strategic business planning. This role requires recent experience in a major law firm and strong academic credentials organizational skills and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain corporate records and documentation
Assist in transactions including mergers and acquisitions
Conduct legal and compliance research
Support corporate governance filings and regulatory adherence
Collaborate closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams
Must-have qualifications
5 years of current or recent experience as a corporate paralegal in a major law firm
Substantial exposure to financial transactions governance and business planning
Bachelors degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong research writing and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience handling multi-state corporate compliance and entity management
Familiarity with M&A deal cycle and post-closing integration support
