Job Description
Ready to lead recruitment with flair and strategy Were looking for a dynamic Head of Recruitment who can source top talent own the hiring process end-to-end and build strong client relationshipsall while driving an exceptional candidate experience.
Location: Open to candidates based in Europe or South America Full-Time Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across regions.
- Proactively source attract and engage top-tier candidates.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments with precision.
- Act as the main point of contact for clientsbuilding trust and ensuring smooth communication.
- Manage and optimize the ATS for efficient hiring (TeamTailor knowledge is a plus).
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting expertise.
- Skilled interviewer with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a client-facing recruitment role.
- ATS proficiency (TeamTailor experience a bonus).
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).
- High energy and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
