Looking to grow your career in the automotive industry Szott Auto is hiring Express Lane Technicians (also known as Lube Technicians or Entry-Level Automotive Technicians) who are motivated detail-oriented and eager to learn. What Youll Do
Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections
Check top off and replace essential fluids (engine oil coolant brake fluid washer fluid etc.)
Inspect tires check pressure and assist with rotations or replacements
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns
Clearly communicate findings and recommended services to Service Advisors and customers
Maintain a clean safe and efficient work environment

What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Prior auto service or lube technician experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to stand walk bend squat and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
