Role: Business Analyst (In person Interview is Required at Albany NY)
Albany NY (Onsite) $60/hr C2C Client: State of New York Exp:12 yrs
Visa: No GC (passport and visa copy required)
NOTE: CBAP is MUST (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

Job Description:
Experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholders business needs using a variety of analysis techniques and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development including but not limited to eliciting functional requirements non-functional requirements report requirements and business rules.
Experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements including end user documentation specifically business cases business requirements documents (BRDs) use cases report mockups wire frames and flow addition context diagrams textual use cases swim lane diagrams report specifications wireframes user interface specifications and non-functional requirements specification.
Experience facilitating requirement workshops such as JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs.
Experience managing requirements throughout the requirements management lifecycle including creation and execution of a requirements management plan requirements traceability matrix establishing requirements baselines and managing requirements change control.
Experience creating test plans test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing.
Bachelors degree in business intelligence information science criminal justice health science computer science mathematics or public/business administration.
