Job Description
Location: Irving TX 75061
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the PCU in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols.
- Monitor record and report symptoms and changes in patients conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate detailed reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards.
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- Current active RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
- BLS Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Strong critical thinking communication and organizational skills
