Job Description:
The SharePoint/O365 Specialist will lead efforts to integrate the AI chatbot with Microsoft 365 data sources ensuring proper governance access control and content delivery from SharePoint Online and related O365 apps.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Architect and manage SharePoint Online sites and libraries to store structured/unstructured data for AI chatbot ingestion.
Develop custom SPFx components to host the chatbot within SharePoint or Teams.
Support Power Automate workflows for data tagging alerts or human-in-the-loop tasks.
Collaborate with AI/NLP engineers to expose enterprise knowledge in a format suitable for RAG/LLM ingestion (e.g. metadata tagging PnP extraction).
Work with security/compliance teams to control access and protect sensitive content.
Integrate Microsoft Graph API for dynamic access to emails calendars documents and user profiles.
